We reserve the right to refuse the provision of Services to any person for any reason. Furthermore, Joanna Gerard has the right to terminate the provision of Services at any time if a customer’s comments and/or behavior are deemed by her to be inappropriate, abusive, or threatening.  Joanna Gerard will report the termination to website system and such a customer may be denied future access to the Sites and/or Services.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Prices and availability of items or services on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our site contains a large number of items and services and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the items or services listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the item or service to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy: Executed appointments are non refundable. There are no exceptions.  To cancel or request re-scheduling of your appointment simply submit an email. For cancellation, please type “CANCELLATION” in the subject line of your email. To reschedule, make a request and we will happily try to accommodate you.

Once confirmed, (prepaid by paypal), there is a 50% cancellation fee for all cancelled appointments if your cancellation request is received within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours of your schedule appointment there is a 75% cancellation fee. Cancel within 12 hours and 100 % of your service fee is forfeit. The time stamp issued by your internet service provider is the final word as to whether you cancelled your appointment on time.

There are a limited number of readings Joanna Gerard can perform in a week. The time allotted for your telephone appointment is set aside just for you. Last minute cancellations makes it difficult for us to fill your vacated session and thus meet our responsibilities.

Also, failure to CALL Joanna Gerard at your designated appointment time is considered a no-show which will result in the forfeiture of your fee. No exceptions.

By paying for your appointment you acknowledge you have read all of our terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. You also agree that you hereby indemnify and hold harmless Joanna Gerard, her employees and/or representatives.  All terms subject to change without notice.

PRIVATE READINGS

Joanna Gerard does readings by Phone or Email only, with the exception of the following: Private Parties and Events which are held in Public Venues. Death Bed readings at a hospital or with in-home Hospice care attendant on-site. Private in-home parties as long as the location is verified ahead of time and structure of the party is mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Your live psychic medium phone or email reading is subject to your own personal interpretation and the guidance given is intended to be for entertainment purposes only.  Your session is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological, or other professional advice and you should always seek the appropriate professional advice.  Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book, receive and/or purchase a reading, product or service.

Psychics have the ability to see and hear bits and pieces of information and communicate this information with his or her client. Joanna Gerard has a very direct and honest communication style (being born on the Libra/Scorpio cusp) Therefore, if you do not agree with or like the information that Joanna provides, you are NOT eligible for a refund after the reading has taken place. Refunds are only available to clients who  have accidentally overpaid, or need to cancel their upcoming reading. Sessions with Joanna Gerard are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges.
